Mr. Amir Afsar, the company’s founder, arrived in the United Arab Emirates in 1975 to establish his contracting business. He was a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in construction contracting and associated operations, and he stayed in the business for over eight years.
In 1983, he returned to the United States of America for a ten-year business development programme. And in 1993, he returned to the United Arab Emirates and re-established his contracting company as Al Mustaqbal Bldg Cont. Co. L.L.C. It was a fast-growing building contracting company, and it was now associated with a group of companies up to this point, namely Al Mustaqbal Bldg Cont. Co./Br. and Salik Plaster and Tiles Cont. We can provide any or all of the services that our customers require, from the moment they determine they need new facilities through the operation and management of their buildings. Our sector is experiencing incredible difference and instability, the majority of which is for the better, as construction becomes more focused on building users, as well as long-term sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
